Great! My knees are felling better and better. And now that I finally recognized what I had been doing wrong during accel work (reaching out in my intial strides instead of stepping down), my hip/glute strain is going away too. Now there’s just the matter of these last 12 pounds. I’m still not quite there in terms of quad strength. There is still some lower quad atrophy as well but I think I’ll be fine come October.
