Critique my SAQ Progam

I definately squat to parallel. I am currently doinga WSBB routine with De Bench Squat, and ME Upper and Lower, and just eating a lot and taking in as much protein as possible and as little frid foods candy and sodasfor a start. Do guys on here have something against other training gurus that are not Charlie Francis? I just said I was doing his warmup. The reason for doing WSBB is because I think that I have the pure strength in the lower body but just need to get explosive. I was given Kelly Baggett’s Vert bible from a friend and I figured out my weaknesses. I just need a quality speed program…
