creatine.. every day?

I’ve been thinking about this the last few days and wonder if part of it could be linked to already consuming a diet with a high amount of red meat :confused: From what I recall those who normally don’t get much benefit from creatine were often those who who were already getting plenty via diet. So the benefits they notice from non daily use are in a different manner.

There are a number of schools of thought on creatine - personally I don’t think creatine itself helps directtly - rather I believe it has a synergistic effect at a cellular level … I also think that it MAY be more effective intermittently too … so I only reccomend 5 grams pwo.
