ok I’ll stir it up …putting aside the time for appeals technicality (and that is what it is) both were DQ’d for running out of their lanes, they broke the rules so why should 1 or both be reinstated?
see you can’t even play by these rules

Based on the 30 minutes rule he should get it back… But Churandy “broke” the rules by stepping on the line…
