Slight fever. Suppose to do 20 min run this afternoon.

Haven’ t updated this diary for a while. Had ongoing Soleus problem, couldn’t sprint any faster than 13s 100m. Average gift times were 12.4 before injury. The injury is 100% now- sprinted on Saturday without any pain. Time to get back into shape.
