Powell ran a flawless, relaxed and technically most beautiful race from start to finish in a long time. Wow! He is ready for a run in low 9.60’s. Change the wind conditions from +2.1 to -1.5m/s, add come competition (Gay, Bolt) and I reckon 9.60-9.65 is achievable.

Huh? Why would he run faster into a headwind?
