This is how my squats work on sundays… I increase it by 5 pounds every sunday and keep it at 8 reps, I can most likely push out a extra rep or two, but I dont want to risk losing my form. So the weight isnt heavy enough to make me lose my form a single bit (I have someone watch) at all till im done the set.
The leg presses are not heavy, I bring it up very quickly and do it for a easy 10 reps.
Im doing the workouts with such volumes because im seeing results quickly with what im doing right now.
who honestly negged me saying the workouts im doing are lame? Like wtf…why would u neg someone for their workouts in THEIR journal for THEMselves, Im seeing results and if you think they arent good, care to name a reason? To whoever who negged…
Outdoor season, the weather is usually 20+ degrees and near 30 degrees sometimes. During one meet…it was 34 degrees on day two and 41 degrees! on day three. But sometimes its been 10-15 degrees. I would only sit during the very warm weather.
Indoors a different story, the weather is generally optimal
That is chilly training bro. And I am complaining about the 48 degree weather here making it difficult for me to breathe while I sprint. I’m sorry about that because you do it on a daily basis.
