June 2 – 6x200, tempo endurance, 2 minutes recovery
June 3 – Normal Weights
June 4 – 3x200, 25-24-23, 200 meter walk recovery, 2x200 in 30 seconds
with 30 seconds rest
June 5 – Normal Weights
June 6 – Rest
June 7 – Meet, 100 and 200
