should i take ZMA, creatine, a multi, and some protein?
I already take quit a bit of vitamins like lecithin, my B’s, ginko biloba, fish oil, flax seed oil, and some other things…
lol, yeppers i take about 9 vitamins a day…
so what kinda sups should i be taking? Im lookin for stuff that will speed up my recovery from workouts like sprinting and overtraining. Other stuff, things thats will help me maintain my endurance when i feel like im gettin tired.

I am in no way a regular supplement user unless you count multivitamins, protein powder and fish oil tablets which I don’t.
