yep 20.15 and only ran the first 100 hard, its just a matter of time before he break the records.

Just saw it. He looked incredibly easy and looked around from 100m on and stopped completely before the line.

Xavier Carter DNF…anyone know why?

knee injury, had to be wheel off the track.

hey cf do you think all those 400 races is helping felix with her 100 and 200 races?

gay drop a bomb 19.61.

how do you run that fast into a headwind and on a wet track…

No I don’t really. I hadn’t really looked that closely at her till now and she really pops up out of the blocks. Her 100 times have been pretty darn good under the circumstances and should really lead to faster 200s with strength in place but it may just be a matter of a few more races over 200 to put it all together.

Oh My!! And he tied up comming in so it could have been faster after an incredible bend!! I’d like to see the split on the first 100.

yeh i notice the samething about her starts, many of todays coaches think the overdistance training helps with your race distance 400 for the 200, 200 and 300 for your 100 etc and build fitness for your race.

Felix did seem to have a strong finish on Richards. I also noticed her upright in the 200m final start.

i think some of those 400 races has helped her strength if you think about its nothing but special end work.
