Big congrats to Tyler Christopher on his gold medal performance in the 400m in 45.67. It was clear in January that his speed was in place when he ran 6.76 60m, 32.53 300m, then 6.75 60m all in the same day at the Cargill Games. Apparently his speed endurance is in place too with that world leading 400m time. When Tyler is fit and executes his gameplan he is a scary runner, definately dangerous running people down from behind. I have seen him race in Winnipeg a few times, and his acceleration looks effortless, a very smooth runner (and a lot smaller in person than you would think).
glad to see a canadian “sprinter” finally doing some good work.
Just got back from Utah. Great stuff- congrats
C’mon Canada.
Now that is the way to win a 400m! He made it look easy - like a shorter version of a 10K where they just nail the last 100m. Wow!
wow. he owned that last 60m
He didn’t own the last 60m…

good for him… ciao
Yes. 2005 & 2007 World Champs.
Incredible run from a short-to-long trained athlete. Charlie’s influence in his program is substantial.
