Has anyone had a trace mineral analysis done? What was the outcome and did you do a followup? Thinking about sending my hair sample to a clinic that uses a ICP-MS mass spectrometer.
I’ve had some basic bloodwork done a few times and gotten results for magnesium, calcium, zinc and copper. I can’t remember if there were any others on there. I could post the results of these… although I’m not sure if you could compare them to the results from a hair sample.
