I’m trying to improve my 40y dash (4.7H last year), increase max strength, as well as lose fat while maintaining/gaining muscle. I currently consume about 1.5 g protein/lb, consume alot of yogurt/cottage cheese/vegetables/whole wheat bread, get my daily fats from beef products or almonds, take a standard multi-vit, and am allergic to any fish products
