I think I would use the sticks as firewood.

so you guys dont belive in doing stick drills because it screws up mechanics? so do you only think it would be benificial to a beginner?

i think sticks can be a great tool when working with kids … as an introduction to plyo’s get them to play “Fly”. Nothing to do with paterning. just a fun game :smiley:
