My meniscus is torn
I tested it on all my usual training activities after a layoff yesterday - the verdict: sprinting, hurts.
My question - will sprinting in the pool at least give some benefit - will it replace sprinting in a better than nothing sort of way? I don’t mean sprinting running, like sprinting swimming. swimming as fast as I can.
It would at least train the same energy system… correct?
