sore psoas/abdominal region??

hey guys for the last almost year I have been getting pains on and off in my psoas/abdominal area they were at one time brought on by heavy squat days and running combined but lately that doesn’t seem to agravate it the way it used to now the only time i experience these symptoms is after I do push training. (I do skeleton so the push position is very cramped picture trying to sprint with your hands by your ankles.
Also the other issue that exists is that my feet sometimes turn out a bit when i run my leg still comes through straight but the foot is turned out (i know not efficient) I think that migth be contributing to the soreness.

any ideas on how to fix the pain or even better how to fix the foot from turning out?

Try unilateral leg work. Step-ups, lunge walks, Bulgarian split squats, 1 leg squats. Single leg box jumps - both up and down.

Hip pain/tight psoas might be caused by too much sitting at a desk or behind a wheel.

that would make sense, my next cycle is suposed to have much more single leg work hopefulyl it helps, do you think stretching more would help to I usually stretch (static stretch) few times per week.

And what will hold that stretched muscle in that elongated state. It’s weak antagonist???
At the same time strengthen the glutes. Stretching is good, but it is only half of the equation. Good luck.
