I’m honestly not sure what injury I had to my shoulder…because it turned out that all tendons and ligaments were intact. However, what I did for my shoulder was to just start working out again, doing progressive overload for upper body once a week. The exercises I did were seated militaries from pins set at chin height, and then afterwards I did incline press. I started really light for both, a little under 50% 1rm. I would do 3 or 4 sets of 8, and each week increase the weight 5 or 10lbs. When I felt things were getting hard, I would either take away a set, or lower the reps. I ended up at a new personal best in the military press, and with a good shoulder
edit: i def had inflammation…but im not sure if that means that was the cause of my pain, or if inflammation is just the pain you have?
