I don’t warm up with cardio.

I warm up with doing light warm up sets;) to get used to the specific movement pattern, this works better for me than doing cardio as warm up.

I suppose she’s talking about a general warm-up and you are talking about a specific one.

BTW, she was great in the Athens meeting!


I think she is talking about warming up for weights. Or did I get something wrong?

I think it’s fair to conclude that Sanya is not lifting after track, or she wouldn’t need the cardio first.
