Question for Charllie

Charlie, you have mentioned previously that your athletes would take a combination of B1, B6 and B12 every other day. My question is why this combination of B vitamins and not all of the B’s?

I’ve read elsewhere that a combo of B1, B6 and B12 can significantly reduce exercise related muscle pain. Is this why you chose this combination?
