Question for CF

With limited facilities and a tough time schedule finding a place to sprint or do other such work at high velocities is a near impossibility. I have the power speed download and use those drills with a vest, but was wondering some other ways to work on acceleration and sprint mechanics effectively indoors. Currently I have a hallway with tile floor that is about 20 yds long and a rubber matted weightroom with about 10+ yds to do straight line work. I was thinking of doing resistented runs ala the iso robic or sled sprint during the GPP phase but didnt know what guidleline to use as far as distance covered per second etc.

We’re in the process of making a series of videos called No Excuses. The first ones will be replacements for typical tempo sessions called “Basement Tempo” giving a series of space-saving alternatives designed for all levels. These are shot so you can set up your laptop/ computer and just follow along. After that we’ll shoot some plyo and accel replacement workouts to replace some of the speed sessions on a longer term basis or all on a very short term basis.

Awesome Charlie!!
They are both very appreciated!
Any idea of release date?

The first two clips are ready and we’ll be shooting regularly
