Putting together a program

Here is my situation. I have been around here for quite some time. Constantly browsing. I am currently playing in the sand box and will be in it for a while. Here is what I am trying to do. I want to put together a program that will allow me to get bigger, stronger, faster and more flexible for the 2009 season and beyond. I have approximately 9 months before I need to peak for a strength and speed test…

What products here on the site will allow me to put together a program that will put me in the best possible shape to attain my goals?

Ht: 6’
Wt: 86kgs
Bench: 150kgs
Squat: 185 kgs
Pwr Cln: 115 kgs

Goals:

Wt: 90kgs
Bench: 165kgs
Squat: 200kgs
Pwr Cln: 125kgs

Im preping for the 2009-2010 Bobsled season and being in Sand Box is giving me plenty of gym time. I dont have a track to do speed training on, but I do have hard dirt to run on…

Please point me into the right direction.

thats exactly what I am getting ready for. I took a few years off…military, wife, kids, etc…and now I am on the way back to “ice-land”…
