Protein supplementation

What do you guys think is the best protein supplementation. I think everything contains of proteins, but there different possibilities, like from egg, milk, soja, and so on.

Has anybody a good product?

And of course there are big difference in terms of money…

Maybe Charlie can also give a short advice what product his athletes take?
