What are everyone’s feelings on pwo nutrition after an athlete’s EMS session?
How do the needs differ if any from a regular high intensity weightroom session?

Interesting question.
MY thinking is that pre-ems workout nutirition may be of importantance since the ems is pumping blood to the workout muscles. Then again that may only apply to using ems in recovery mode where the intensity is low.
Yes, I recently started thinking about this. Pre-nutrition may be the way to go. I’m not sure. Hopefully Charlie or another coach will chime in and let us know what they would recommend and why
I started thinking about this because one of my athlete’s is using the Compex explosive force setting which adds up to 26-30 min per bodypart x calves, hams, glutes, quads, and sometimes feet. So quite a lot of high intensity stimulation during this cycle and I want him to be able to reap the most benefits from it.

CT has a section on it in his BBoTS
Protein & Hi Gi Carbs
Whole Nutrition is the most important aspect of nutrition.
While partinioning and timing are importnat - the basic daily overall intake of carbs and protein- still determine body comp to a large degree.
I would think the differences would be negligible.
