What happens if you don’t take the recommended dosage of a supplement?
Do you get no benefit or a relative amount of benefit? In other words, do you have to reach a threshold to have it do any good at all or can you get still get a benefit from a reduced amount? Logic says you still get some benefit, but I’ve always been curious about this.
I suspect it may depend somewhat on the supplement itself, but, in general, is correct to assume that you get an increasing benefit up to the recommended dosage and then after that, additional amounts are just wasted?
