Good opener by Sally after hammy prob earlier in year

With regards to the men’s 800: We will see what happens when there are NO pacemakers in the race in Beijing. My money still on Rudisha when the long striding Kaki is forced to run in a pack. Then again, if he’s as good as they say, hopefully Kaki will just do a Bayi and go to the front and try to run everyone off their feet - and maybe set a world record at a championship. Love to see that.

the 800 world and olympic records were set with a 400m pacer coming through in 49.high for the world record and johnny grey took the olympic 800 out really fast.

Looks like Jelimo still hasn’t “reported to camp”. What’s the deal there?
