Can I take the spikes off the Powercats and still run?
Would the plastic get damaged?
Im not allowed to use spikes but I have nothing good to run in for the 55 and 300m
What surface are you running on? Depending on the surface your biggest problem might be grip/slipping.
They’ll be fine. Do it…as long as you’re not talking about running on concrete or something.
