need help with my diet

Ok right now my diet…sucks…it has no structure…it just…suck! So I am coming to you guys to help me get the most out of myself. Please Help Me!!!

I was thinking of cutting back on carbs making protein apart of every meal. Elimanating all fast food.

Trying to take in about 220g protein per day

I weigh about 225 so is that enough protein?

I just need help…i dont know what i’m doing!

Why don’t you post a food log for a couple of days, or if you’re consistent enough a general template. Of course you have to be honest, you might answer your own question when doing this.

this is what i was thinking, i’ll do one for a day i train and i another for a non training day.

5:30AM- 3 egg whites
1 glass water (multi-vitamin)
5 grams glutamine
Amino Fuel by twinlab(right before I leave for the gym, its in liquid form)

6:00AM- Workout 1

7:15AM- TRAC(creatine drink)
5 grams glutamine

7:30AM- Myoplex shake
1 apple

8:15AM- leave for school
9:00AM- first class
12:00 End of class (i’m thinking i should have something between 9 and 12 maybe around 10, but what? maybe take about 4-5 eggs with me and a bananna or something?)

1:00PM- 1 chicken breast or 1 fish fillet
some vegatbles

3:00PM- another meal, maybe tuna, sloppy joe(i dont like sloppy joe sandwhich so i just eat the meat) bowl of chilli, somethig fairly light

4:00PM- workout 2 (10 grams of glutamine, 5 before 5 after)

6:00PM- Dinner 2 pieces of chicken or fish
some veggies
tall glass of milk

9:00PM- snack before bed, maybe some yogurt

10:00PM bedtime(10 grams of glutamine before bed)
Off day

6:30AM wake up
1 glass of water (multi-vitamin)

7:00AM 3 scrambled eggs
3-4 egg whites
1 glass of milk

9:00AM-12:00 in school (again take something to eat but what?)

afternoon follows pretty much the same as on workout days

that was just what i was thinking…i’m gonna go over to t-mag and check out some articles and tell me what u guys think and hopefully i can get something done…

that doesnt look a lot of calories but i dont know the nutrients of the supps so i may be wrong

If you weigh 225lbs are you sure your not losing weight with a diet like that?

I would change it to

5:30AM- 3 egg whites + 2 whole eggs
small bowl of oats
some fruit
1 glass water (multi-vitamin)
5 grams glutamine

7:30AM- Some sort of whole meal here ie tuna + sweetcorn on a slice of bread; chicken breast + crakcers and peanut butter; sardines on toast

8:15AM- leave for school
9:00AM- first class

small serving of rice
LOTS OF vegatbles
