I don’t like to read too much into phots as it is hard to tell where they are in the race, amongst other things. Nevertheless, the smirk on Mo’s face reminds me of the Mo of old. It’s like he’s saying I’m only running at X percent and I’m right beside you…anyone actually see the race? :o

If he can win a WC in 2007 there will never come another sprinter of his class, bc he IS already the GOAT
…Man check out the shoulder development :eek: …any thoughts on its correlation with the need to pump the arms incredibly fast? Charlie has spoken of tremendous upper body strength for such a purpose.
I really hope that is a face of “yeah i aint even trying” and not a facade for the fact that he went on to run 10.35!
In 2004 i though he was back, and he was, but following 2005 and the start of the this season i think he might be done. He can probably (hopefully) still win but i don’t think he’ll be able to dominate ever again. There’s a big difference in cruising 10.35 and cruising < 10.00 like he was a few years ago. I think it’s all about championships for him now, and hopefully he’s got a couple more big performances left him!
His face tells me that has some extra weight with him 
I see him running 10.00 at the end of the season, in perfect condition maybe 9.95 but not faster.

Yeah we have, and we’ve seen Mo do it too. Don’t get me wrong, i know it’s early in the season so the time is reasonable and he could well just be cruising. I hope he is, just with Mo he does tend to front sometimes - remember 2003. He has to cos he’s a professional athlete and reliant on sponsership. All i was sayin was that a few years ago we would get that look when he was running 10flat. It’s early though, and i aint seen the race, so hopefully he’s in shape this season.
Fully agree - that’s exactly what I had in mind when I replied…
But Mo (in his best times) (and Asafa) used to win with a relaxed face, Mo was beaten by two guys which are not top 10 over 100.
We have to be realistic two.Mo is older,he is going to be brought along differently than he was in 1999-2004. We probaly wont see sub10 until a little late in the season. Plus…he got married,and think about what that does to your performance ahahahahhahaha.
To me, he looks bigger than he was last year.
