Just wondering as seeing that the generel theory of recovery drink is usually 3-1 carbs, carbs - protein.
General shop bought milkshake seems to meet that requirement and is a hole cheaper, so is this a viable recoery drink for poor people like me, im thinking its better then nothing
I would get a tub of whey protein and maybe a bag of dextrose. That can be cheap as hell when you calculate the cost per serving. Cheaper than the milkshake for sure.
