Thinking on giving these a try to help me sit back into my back squat more. Anyone tried these before and if so, what did you think of them?
I’ve used them with high school kids with back issues to unload the spine- worked pretty well. More like a front squat. I imagine it would be good for someone with shoulder issues who can’t hold the bar on their back, too. You have to place your feet back a bit, otherwise you’ll be shoved backwards on the decent. Probably can’t go super heavy with it. If Thibs uses it, it’s probably great!
