Justin Darlington (Jus Fly) Begins High Jump Training

Justin Darlington is an amazing two footed leaper, and based on the videos I saw on youtube, has just begun training for high jump. He doesn’t look nearly as good off one foot, but he has a running vertical off two feet of about 48".

Here are a couple vids:

Wow. I’ve never understood any reason for a 1-foot rule.

I believe the one foot rule was instilled to avoid having a guy tumbling (think gymnastics summersaults and flips) and going 10 feet. had this discussion with a former coach and this is what he told me. anybody know if this is true or not?
