Is this an "acceptable" breakfast?

Money’s a little tight, and I’m often on the go, and this little deli on my way to work/class offers a “breakfast special” of a 16oz. coffee and breakfast bagel (any kind of bagel you want, with egg, cheese, and your choice of sausage, bacon, or ham) for a total of $.99.

Now, this is a pretty damn good deal, but I’m wondering if it’s TOO high in saturated fats/calories. I guess I’d estimate it at around 700 cals, give or take? I know it’s breakfast, and larger meals early in the day aren’t necessarily a bad thing, but is this too much? I know there are obviously healthier options, but I’m mostly just wondering, on a scale of 1-10, how “good” this breakfast is considered. I would usually opt for sausage as my meat of choice.

Maybe it’s an acceptable breakfast, but then I just have to work REALLY hard not to overdo it on the rest of my meals for the remainder of the day?

You shouldn’t eat bagels, you shouldn’t eat cheese, you definitely shouldn’t eat sausage and it depends on how your eggs are cooked.

Can you explain why?
