Injured- pool training help needed

I have a quality 100/200m runner with bad shin splints. It has been recommended that she not run for 2-3 weeks.

Can you guys give me some example of workouts that can be done in the pool? I hear about deep water running but can you elaborate a little and maybe post some example workouts or point me to where I can find out?

Where can I find the archives and coach luc’s posts? I looked in the archives section of this site and on the old site and couldn’t find it. Any ideas?
