in sickness and in health

well, ive being kind of sick lately, have some fever like 38c (but not much more)

my tummy hurts a bit, that followed a prety normal cold (my immune system sucks ass)

in any case, how to acomodate training, or how do YOU train/eat while sick?

the coach inside me tells me to just rest, get lots of vit c, eat properly (no calorie deficiencies in any case) and wait for it to pass

the fat slow dude on the other hand tells me to eat even more carefull, even less than before (dont want do get fat there do we?) and whenever possible (i.e if able to get off bed) train.

please convince me to rest:p

oh and any science tips, greatly apreciated
