I think I need a little help.

So, I’ve decided that I want to get back into track. I’ve taken quite a long hiatus and feel now is a good time for me to start back up.

I’ve been working out in the gym fairly hard so I can get a solid base. But this Monday I’m going to start my track work. There in lies the problem. I’m fairly out of shape.

My question is… As far as the videos here go, which one would be a good one to reestablish a good base to get back into shape? I was thinking that the “GPP Essentials” would be good. What about that new one, “Accelerating for Speed”?
