Hills for special endurance

I’ve been playing around with hills for special endurance. I get the same feeling toward the end of the run but not sure if you can really use hills for Spec End.

Currently I am using a hill with a 5-7 degree rise for about 80m. Last week I did 6x80m hills.

It felt the same as a longer track run but I did not feel like I needed to lay down for 20 min. Like when I do say 200 180 150.

So my questions are, Can hills be used as Spec end?

Can the hills be rotated with reg. Spec End on a weekly basis?

What are the distances and rest times?

I think the longer hills are ok the way CF use them towards the end of gpp the way you are using them im not too sure if they are the same as during spec end on the track. 6x80 hill workout would be similar to a strength end session.

i am anxiously awaiting some answers as well. i am thinking about applying the kitkat 6x200 session to a hill (easier on the shins). any help would be greatly appreciated.
