i recently transfered from a school with out a track program to a school that does have one. but unfortunately I wont be able to run till the next indoor season.
I have been running track since I was 12 (18 now) and this is the first year I havent been able to compete. I run primarily the too and 200, PR’s are 10.9 in the 100m and 23.0 in the 200m. Im not really sure what I can do for a good work out, but I have been consistant with weight training and plyos since the end of last season. If anyone can give a little guidence It would be awesome.
