My diet has averaged about 2000-2200 calories lately with about 100-120g protein, 220-260g of carbs, and 40-60g of fat. I currently weigh about 167lbs and I’d like to lean out and get down to around 155 where I feel I’d be in the best position to really increase my speed. I try to eat healthy but seem to cheat a lot because I don’t know of many good, healthy snacks to have between meals. My workout closely follows the Maurice Greene lifting schedule found on this site and I’m currently doing some sprint work mon-wed-fri with wednesday and friday being fairly intense.

If you guys have any advice on how to improve this(I’m sure there are plenty of ways) please let me know. The exercise portion isn’t that wonderful at the moment but thats something I know I can fix but diet and nutrition are completely foreign to me and I have no idea what to do. Thanks a lot.
