Help me with my diet

I think i could use some help with the diet, i plan on ordering Berardi’s DVD after posting this, but, I am a competitive powerlifter, but i also want to keep the bodyfat lower. I am a 19 year old 198lb lifter, right now i weigh 194 with approx 10-13% bodyfat, i am 5’9".
my diet was looking Berardi like with P+F and P+C meals, but it has changed a bit since i got a summer job

Breakfast:
3/4 cup oatmeal, 2tbsp of natty PB, 2% milk
3 egg whites, 1 yolk-scrambled

Snack:10 am
apple and nectarine

Lunch: some meat, ie turkey, chicken, tuna(or other fish), steak
some type of nuts, regularly cashews, peanuts, or pistachios

Snack: 3 PM
some type of meat, ie turkey, chicken, tuna(or other fish), steak
banana

Dinner or post workout: 7 PM
(dinner) some type of meatie turkey, chicken, tuna(or other fish), steak
salad(lettuce, nuts, avocado, tomatoes)
(postworkout) 4 egg whites, 1 yolk, or chicken
1 bowl of cereal, or bowl of oatmeal with natural pb mixed in

Before bed meal: usually some deli turkey, and string cheese

I have dropped from a bodyweight of 215 and a higher BF down to my current weight of 194, but my strength has suffered a little. I would like to drop my bodyfat a bit lower (for looks mainly), and help keep my strength.
Help with the diet is greatly appreciated. Right off the bat i am thinking more P+F meals is needed?
