high school competition.
These were off of a video but I can’t find a way to download the video and post it. Once I find out I’ll post it.
Questions:
Were my arms coming too high causing me to run out of gas at the end?
It seems my stride length is pretty small, how can I get it longer?
Seems like I have a lack of hip height, how can I increase it?
Anything that comes to mind please just tell me and how to improve.

Any help will be so appreciated.

Really cant tell much, look like your head is tilted back.

How is your hip flexor flexibility?

My hip flexor flexibility could use more work.
I’ll keep that in mind

Ok, I edited my first post to my most recent race on MLK day. I wore no spikes at this meet.
Any comments? It seems like my arms were opening up too wide, and it seemed like my starting blocks were a little bunched at the line. Am I overstriding? Is that why I strained my hamstring? It seems after my acceleration phase, the guy started passing me, I’m guessing because my hamstring couldn’t handle the top speed yet.
I was running with a strained hamstring. I decided after this race I can’t ignore this and I need to rest/get therapy. The week before that I was running on the same hamstring but it wasn’t as bad but I paid for after my 55 and 4x2 leg (only meet with spikes). 6 days before, it was very minor but there was pain.
