Hamstring Enthisitis (Tendinitis at point of Insertion)

Hi guys, I was a week away from finishing my GPP and got injured doing hills, (doing them on cement because there wasn’t any grass around) anyway, I got checked out and the diagnostic was enthisitis, this is a tendinitis of the tendinous complex of the hamstring at its most medial insertion point at the ischial tuberosity.

Translation I got a pain in my butt, basically the bone right next to it.

Point is I’ve been given 1 week with ketoprofen (NSAID) at low dose, and rest before getting checked again, but I’m a day away from getting re-checked and I’m still in a spot of bother, and I want to get better quicker because I’m losing valuable training time.

Anyone have any suggestions to heal quicker???
