Had to ride my bike to school and back, meet tomorrow

Ok so I rode my bike to school and lots of up/down hills so that meant more pushing and it isnt very close either, so my legs were starting to tighten up, almost entirely was quadriceps, other muscles felt fine generally. I also got the burning feel a couple times in my quads.

So with a important 2 day meet tomorrow/friday, can this hurt me?

Did stretching and a protein shake, + 1 more shake. Also plan on doing a massage/contrast shower.

It’s probably not ideal preparation, but I wouldn’t let everyday things that you have to do drive you crazy in terms of race preparation, otherwise life is just one big headfuck!!
