I won’t be at the Aust Underage, work comes first.
My lovely wife, Aaron and Michael and maybe Seb will be there.

Spastic Mongoose no1; same start position as the mongoose, lift the knees off the ground until the lower leg is parrallel to the ground. The head stays in line with the spine, eyes now watch the knees, make sure the knees are moving in a straight line along and either side of the lane line, do not crossover.
Over the same distance go backwards.
Vary the speed half the distance and long strides, count the movements on the first rep then try and take less.
Need to know how to isolate the computer from the traction control on the camel. When the rear wheels start to rotate faster than the front the bloody computer takes away about 50kw. She drops back a couple of gears and revvs her tottts off. She tows my trailer and I dont like doing 6 thousand at 110k, if I could 140k there would not be a problem with her. Highly illegal and dangerous. Speed limit here for less than 4.5 tonne is 110km, exept NT where it is open slather.
Spastic mongoose no2; butt much higher than head, top of forehead facing the ground, look at knees moving forward outside and along the line. Kids named this the dizzy mongoose
Sophie has made the Com Games, Matt missed out
Wasnt to be at the world indoors, 2nd in the 60m 8.21.
Won the 400m, I am only helping her for the short sprints so can take no credit for the result.
Time off then we start again.
Can you post videos of these drills. I find it hard to picture what they should look like.
seconded…
We will see, can remember starting years back on this site uploading photos of athletes who were part of the development of my drills. When the site was updated they went to photo heaven.
I no longer take photos of athletes I have coached, I just do not have the time.
I believe I get the basics of locomotion right in juniors, at least good enough to respond to a well thought out plan/program.
Program finally installed, back to work.
