FIGURE6-7 CFTS?

I have “Training for Speed” and i was told that in CFTS figure 6-7 (Periodization of Training Components) is key. So i go to my “Training for Speed” and its not in there. I am aware that “Training for Speed” is missing certain figures and diagrams but can anyone please scan this and send it to me or post it? my email is ghostfacesprinter@hotmail.com

i bought a hard copy of “Training for Speed” from oztrack.com. Is there anything else besides figure 6-7 that is missing? Would it be possible for you to email me a copy of the page i am missing?

Rupert, I bought it off this site and p 112 is blank. it should be the begining of chapter 7. Hope this helps clarify the situation.

I’ll see what I can do to get the missing graph 6-7 for you guys.

The australian copy didn’t have it due to some legal issues (from what I understand).

I’ll keep you informed.
