My second fact or fiction question is with regards to enzymes. I know that some people have said in some form or fashion, including Franco Columbo, Fred Hatfield, and Pavel Tsatsouline, that the body’s digestive enzymes are essentially depleted through digestion of high levels of protein, among other factors. This leads to other issues, such as: Is protein powder properly digested, being that it is produced at such high temperatures? So what about enzymes? Should we be concerned about this, and if so, what changes should be made to accomodate this?

I know Poliquin advocates changing protein sources every two days !!!
