What place do you guys think eccentric training has in a sprinting program and what is the best way to develop these strength qualities?

I too am very disappointed that the site has not been brought up to snuff. I have tried and made request after request but they have been ignored. I’m seriously considering what my next move will be if I don’t get the site I’m paying a lot of money for.
