Could Ems possibly improve hand eye coordination?

can it? I read something about ems working with your motor units, can it possibly make it more coordinated and precise, or am i just dreaming?

yes, i believe you are…
i cannot see any possability

Perhaps if someone is throwing saline filled water balloons at you while you are hooked up!

Increased intermuscular coordination is unlikely, but certainly improved intramuscular control, leading to improved limb control, is plausible. Especially if the subject’s control over the muscle group is poor to begin with (like me w/ my weak quad due to injury) then improvement in muscle function which can come from several modes of EMS could lead to improved control of the relevant bodypart.

As stated above you need dynamic movement to improve intERmuscular co-ordination so I doubt it.

i see, intramuscular control is a gross motor skill isn’t it?
