Increased intermuscular coordination is unlikely, but certainly improved intramuscular control, leading to improved limb control, is plausible. Especially if the subject’s control over the muscle group is poor to begin with (like me w/ my weak quad due to injury) then improvement in muscle function which can come from several modes of EMS could lead to improved control of the relevant bodypart.
As stated above you need dynamic movement to improve intERmuscular co-ordination so I doubt it.
