I just started sprinting and I have had a long lay off of any kind of training so I am in a poor physical condition. What kind of conditioning would you suggest me to do and why? How much etc? Are there any complete workout ready for use for free that you would suggest?
Does it explain how to incorporate weight training with it and what to in which phase etc? Can it be used for other sports for conditioning? Could you tell me also to what section I should go if I want to get free information about these things?
