which one of CF’s books goes into detail of how to develope triple extension. My coach says I prance when I sprint, am picking my leg up quickly like am doing leg cycles in one place.
There isn’t really 1 book because the answer is a combination of several things. If you are new to training then the Charlie Francis Training System ebook is THE foundational text on the subject of sprinting. Just so much information it is unreal. I’d start there.
