Athletes prone to injury

What kind of supplement regimine would be ideal for someone that has had a history of injuries(joint and soft tissue)? I am a multi athlete and probably have more problems than most but Im sure many sprinters have the same problem.

The first question is about training. Most injuries are training related. Fix that area first, then worry about diet (though both are important)

i agree with CF, i dont know the nature of your injuries but the micro stretching has done wonders for me.

Agree nightmare4d. After I started microstretching all my hamstring & inner thigh troubles went away! I didn’t change anything in my training routine. But I know this is an individual thing.
